Meet The Author

Hi, I’m Hulda Cecilia, and along with brunches and basking on my sunset-filled balcony, personal style remains one of my favourite forms of self-expression.

My first encounter with fashion came when I was about 6 years old, courtesy of a neighbour’s kid who threw a mini fashion show while her parents were away. Her bedroom was packed with girls trying on her outfits and we’d catwalk in their small backyard. There was body glitter everywhere, sequin tops (early 2000s were so sparkle-coded) and colourful pieces scattered across the room. It was wonderfully chaotic right up until my auntie pulled me out of the house by the ear.

After that my fascination with fashion disappeared from my radar for years. But somewhere along adulting while figuring out what I loved, that spark found its way back and this time it stayed. This blog is where I share that love for personal style, one outfit, idea and inspiration at a time.
